Excalibur

people, technology and AI, working as one.

Whisperers brings it together, end to end: the people and how they work, a secure environment where AI meets your company's data, and the software your own teams build on it. At its core sits Excalibur.

What it is

The environment, and the software

Excalibur

A secure layer between AI and a company's data. People sign in with Microsoft. Connectors reach Microsoft 365, ticketing, documentation, finance, CRM and HR systems as that person, with that person's own rights, read-only first. Every act is logged, and the records are hash-chained. Personal data can be replaced with invented stand-ins before a model reads it, by a small privacy model that runs on the laptop. Each company runs its own server, in its own cloud, with its own keys.

Excalibur Studio

A desktop app with which employees build their own agentic apps with Claude, the opinionated way: skills with our best practices, checks (tests, policies, a secret scan), and rooms, small virtual machines with no keys inside. Anything that leaves the machine waits for a person to allow it, and each approval covers one act, once.

Honest about it

What is built, and what is a vision

In the film, a solid line is built and a dashed line is next, or a vision. Amber is a person deciding; jade is AI proposing.

Built and tested

Being built, next, or a vision

    Made by code

Every frame is drawn by code (pycairo and numpy, the type set by headless Chrome, encoded with ffmpeg). No stock footage, no generated images or video, no voice. The sounds under the music are synthesised; each mark on the record plays a note taken from its own hash.
